Social welfare committee proposes hike in old age, disability, widow pension

Chandigarh TribuneThe committee has recommended increase in the old age, disability and widow pension from 1000/- to 2,000/- per month and taking up this issue with the union government for granting its approval to the proposal. There is a need for one more old age home in Chandigarh- Satya Pal Jain
