Shimla: Mr. Jai Ram Thakur and Mahender Singh were sworn-in as Cabinet Ministers in Himachal today. Her Excellency, the Governor Smt. Prabha Rau administered the oath to both of them in a simple and impressive ceremony held at Raj Bhawan.
