The winners include Mohd Mohsin, Ms Kalpana Rahman, both from Bangladesh, Dr Chander Mohan Jain, Ms E.P.S. Bhagiya Lakshmi, Dr Asit Chakravarty, Mr Kunj Bihari Natani, all from India; Ms Aftab-ur-Rehman Rana, and Mr Khalid Mehmood Zia from Pakistan; Dr Villiam Tan Kian Meng from Singapore, and Ms Nishathi Arulmoly, Mr A.C.A Zoysa from Sri Lanka.Top
