New Delhi, Jan 19: The BJP's Central Election Committee today announced names of 18 more candidates for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections but steered clear of those contentious seats where the party is facing claims from more than one leader.
The list included former Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha (Hazaribagh), Jharkhand BJP chief Pashupati Nath Singh (Dhanbad), former Manipur chief minister W Nipamacha Singh (Inner Manipur), Satya Pal Jain (Chandigarh) and BJYM Kerala chief K Surendran (Kasargod).
Among the candidates declared by BJP, six are from Kerala, four from Jharkhand, three from Himachal Pradesh, two from Tripura and one each from Manipur and Chandigarh. ...
