CHANDIGARH: Raking up the issue of misuse of national flag and emblem in Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Satya Pal Jain today threatened to file a petition in the court.
Talking to media persons here, national convenor of the BJP's legal cell Mr Jain said here, Punjab Governor's car with national emblem is often seen being used by persons other than the Governor.
Mr Jain also pointed out Chief Parliamentary Secretary and Parliamentary Secretaries being appointed by the Congress governments in Punjab and Haryana are using national flags on their vehicles, which according to the Constitution of India, they are not entitled to do. ...
