... Exercising the right to reply to the application to summon Mr Vajpayee, Opposition leader L K Advani's counsel Satya Pal Jain said the allegations raised were "absolutely false, baseless and highly vague".
Mr Jain said the CD was already before the Commission and so such conclusion of any involvement of Mr Vajpayee could be drawn from its contents.
"The application is totally misconceived and politically motivated," he said seeking its dismissal.
