हरियाणा विधानसभा स्पीकर की आवेदन खारिज

पंजाब हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने हरियाणा विधानसभा स्पीकर के उस आवेदन को खारिज कर दिया है जिसमें स्पीकर की तरफ से यह कहा गया है कि उन्हो्ने मामले की सुनवाई महीने में चार बार करने जैसा कोई आश्वासन नहीं दिया था। उधर कुलदीप विश्नोई के वकील ने स्पीकर के आवेदन को अदालत की अवमानना करार दिया। हंजका के वकील सत्यपाल जैन ने कहा कि 2 जून को मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान हाईकोर्ट ने स्पीकर को मामले को जल्द निपटाने के आदेश दिये थे। इस पर स्पीकर की तरफ से आश्वासन दिया गया था और महीने में चार बार मामले की सुनवाई होनी तय हुआ था। लेकिन इसके बाद स्पीकर ने अपने आश्वासन से पीछे हटते हुए कोर्ट में आवेदन किया कि उनकी तरफ से ऐसा कोई आश्वासन नहीं दिया है। इस मामले पर हाईकोर्ट ने बुधवार को स्पीकर की अर्जी को खारिज करते हुए पहले दिये गए आदेशाों को ज्यों का त्यों रखा है।
