Bangalore, October 29, 2010: In a major boost for the BJP government in the State, a third judge in the Karnataka High Court on Friday upheld the disqualification of 11 rebel BJP MLAs, concurring with the decision of the Chief Justice.
Justice V.G. Sabhahit, to whom the division bench headed by Chief Justice J.S. Khehar had referred the matter, upheld Speaker K.G. Bopaiah’s order disqualifying the dissident MLAs.

... The case of disqualification of other 5 independent MLAs, who have also challenged the Speaker’s action, will come up for hearing on Nov 2. ...
