Shimla, Dec 28 (PTI) BJP today said the Centre should convene a meeting of Chief Ministers of northern states to solve several pending issues among them.
"The PM should convene a meeting of chief ministers of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Chandigarh to take up matters of inter-state disputes among them," BJP leader Satyapal Jain and party convener for Himachal Pradesh told reporters here.
"Due to non-implementation of several provisions of the state reorganisation Act 1946, disputes have risen in these states and HP has not got its due share because of this," he said. ...
