Chandigarh April 5, 2009 :Thousands of footpath workers today joined Bharatiya Janata Party in a function held in party office (KAMLAM), Sector 33-A in the presence of state BJP President Mrs Kamla Sharma and Mr Satya Pal Jain the party candidate for the Chandigarh parliamentary constituency. Mrs Kamla Sharma and Mr Jain welcomed these new members and presented them with colourful scarves with party emblem.
The new members raised slogans in support of BJP and Mr Satya Pal Jain. They arrived in BJP office with drummers and danced in front of the entrance. They distributed and were offered flowers. ...
