Addressing a massive Vijay Sankalp rally at the historic Ridge Maidan, overflowing with the people, to mark one year of the BJP government in Himachal Pradesh led by the Chief Minister Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal on December 30, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and NDA's prime ministerial candidate, Shri Advani said said it had been a year of successful initiatives and achievements in the State. Even independent observers have recognized this and complimented Prof. Dhumal for it. He praised Dhumal government for Himachal having been ranked by India Today as No. 1 state in India in terms of its achievements in investment climate, primary education and healthcare....
