धूमल बनाएंगे नई सरकार, आज शपथ

शिमला 30 दिसंबरः हिमाचल प्रदेश में भारतीय जनता पार्टी विधायक दल के नेता प्रेम कुमार धूमल को नयी सरकार बनाने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया है. वह रविवार को शपथ ग्रहण करेंगे.

     पार्टी के राज्य मामलों के प्रभारी सत्यपाल जैन ने आज यहां बताया कि राज्यपाल वी एस कोकजे ने भाजपा के सरकार बनाने के दावे के बाद श्री धूमल को नयी सरकार के गठन के लिए आमंत्रित किया है. जैन ने बताया कि श्री धूमल कल अकेले शपथ ग्रहण करेंगे. पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं से विचार विमर्श के बाद मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार किया जायेगा.

     इस बीच पार्टी सूत्रों ने बताया कि मंत्रिमंडल गठन में सभी वर्गों को पर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व दिये जाने का प्रयास के साथ ही 8-9 जनवरी तक मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार किए जाने की संभावना है.

     इससे पूर्व नवनिर्वाचित भाजपा विधायकों की आज यहां हुई बैठक में सर्वसम्मति से धूमल को नेता चुन लिया गया. पार्टी ने धूमल को पहले ही मुख्यमंत्री पद का दावेदार घोषित किया था.

     धूमल को राज्यपाल वीएस कोकजे ने पद और गोपनीयता की शपथ दिलाई.....

     ...शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता लाल कृष्ण आडवाणी, अरुण जेटली और सुषमा स्वराज समेत कुछ राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों ने हिस्सा लिया.

'सर्वसम्मति से चयन'

इससे पहले विधायक दल का नेता चुने जाने के बाद प्रेम कुमार धूमल ने सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश किया जिसे राज्यपाल वीएस कोकजे ने स्वीकार कर लिया.

     भाजपा विधायकों की बैठक में जयराम ठाकुर ने धूमल के नाम का प्रस्ताव किया जिसका आईडी धीमन ने समर्थन किया.

     इसके बाद भाजपा के राज्य प्रभारी सतपाल जैन और वरिष्ठ नेता शांता कुमार के साथ धूमल राजभवन गए और राज्यपाल को 41 विधायकों के समर्थन का पत्र सौंपा.

     विधायक दल क बैठक में शांता कुमार के नज़दीकी समझे जाने वाले सात विधायक नहीं आए. हालाँकि सतपाल जैन ने पार्टी में किसी तरह के विरोध से इनकार किया.

Saturday, December 29, 2007 शिमला. भाजपा विधायक दल की बैठक में प्रेम कुमार धूमल को सर्वसम्मति से विधायक दल का नेता चुना लिया गया। धूमल रविवार को मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ लेंगे। भाजपा के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष जयराम ठाकुर ने धूमल के नाम का प्रस्ताव किया जिसका आई डी धीमान ने अनुमोदन किया।

     भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता शांता कुमार और प्रदेश प्रभारी सत्यपाल जैन बैठक में मौजूद थे जिसमें सभी 41 नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों ने भाग लिया। पार्टी आलाकमान ने 63 वर्षीय धूमल को मुख्यमंत्री बनाए जाने की पहले ही अनुमति दे चुका था और बैठक इस फैसले का अनुमोदन करने की महज एक औपचारिकता थी।

Dhumal to take oath as HP Chief Minister tomorrow

29 Dec 2007, SHIMLA: Prem Kumar Dhumal will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh for the second time on Sunday, a day after the BJP stormed back to power trouncing Congress.

     Governor V S Kokje invited Dhumal (63) to form the government after the English professor-turned politician met him to stake his claim shortly after he was unanimously elected as the leader of the BJP Legislative party. Dhumal alone will assume office on Sunday.

Dhumal accompanied by senior party leader Shanta Kumar, party in-charge of HP affairs Satyapal Jain and state party president and MLA Jairam Thakur handed over to the Governor a copy of the signed letter of all the 41 MLAs appointing him as their leader. At the Legislature party meeting, Thakur proposed Dhumal's name which was seconded by party leader in the outgoing assembly I D Dhiman.

     The Governor accordingly invited Dhumal to form the government in the state, Jain told reporters at Raj Bhawan.

     BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate L K Advani, senior leaders Arun Jaitley and Sushma Swaraj and Chief Ministers of Uttaranchal, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Punjab--B C Khanduri, Vasundhara Raje, Raman Singh and Prakash Singh Badal-- are expected to attend the oath ceremony.

Shimla, December 29: The BJP legislature party today formally elected P.K. Dhumal as its leader after which a delegation of senior leaders met Governor V.S. Kokje to stake claim for the formation of government.

प्रदेश में 11वीं विधानसभा के लिए हुए चुनाव में भाजपा ने 41 सीटें जीतकर स्पष्ट बहुमत हासिल कर लिया है। गुजरात के बाद हिमाचल में पार्टी की जीत ने भाजपा नेताओं को कार्यकताओं में नया जोश भर दिया है। कांग्रेस को 23 सीटें ही मिल पाई हैं। बहुजन समाज पार्टी भी खाता खोलने में कामयाब रही। तीन निर्दलीय भी जीतकर आए हैं। धर्मपुर सीट से पांचवीं बार जीत दर्ज करते हुए महेंद्र सिंह ने भाजपा को रिकॉर्ड लीड दिलाई है। ......

29 को दावा पेश करेगी भाजपा

भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रभारी सत्यपाल जैन ने कहा कि विधायक दल की बैठक के बाद 29 दिसंबर को पार्टी प्रतिनिधिमंडल राज्यपाल से मिलकर सरकार का दावा पेश करेगा। आलाकमान के निर्देश पर विधायक दल की बैठक में वे स्वयं पर्यवेक्षक के तौर पर मौजूद रहेंगे। बैठक में औपचारिक तौर पर धूमल को विधायक दल का नेता चुना जाएगा।

शांता-धूमल शिमला पहुंचे

प्रदेश भाजपा के दोनों दिग्गज नेता प्रेम कुमार धूमल और शांता कुमार शुक्रवार को अपने-अपने गृह क्षेत्रों से शिमला के लिए रवाना हुए। जबकि राष्ट्रीय नेता लाल कृष्ण आडवाणी, राजनाथ सिंह और सुषमा स्वराज 29 दिसंबर की रात शिमला पहुंचेंगे। ये नेता इसी रात पार्टी के नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों से बैठक करेंगे।......

मंत्रिमंडल गठन 9 जनवरी को

शपथ ग्रहण समारोह के बाद प्रो. प्रेमकुमार धूमल दिल्ली रवाना हो जाएंगे। जहां हाइकमान से मंत्रिमंडल विस्तार और प्रदेश में पार्टी की जीत को लेकर चर्चा करेंगे। 9 का अंक धूमल के लिए हमेशा लक्की रहा है। धूमल ने भी स्वयं 9 जनवरी को ही मंत्रिमंडल गठन का इशारा किया है।प्रतिनिधित्व देना चुनौतीपूर्ण धूमल के सामने प्रदेश के सभी जिलों को प्रतिनिधित्व देना बड़ी चुनौती होगी। कांगड़ा, मंडी और सोलन में भाजपा को सबसे ज्यादा सीटें मिली हैं। तीनों जनजातीय सीटों पर भी पार्टी की झोली में गई है। महत्वपूर्ण शिमला जिला को प्रतिनिधित्व मिलना पक्का है। ऐसे में सीटों के हिसाब से मंत्रिमंडल बनाना धूमल के लिए आसान नहीं होगा।

संभावना है कि धूमल 30 को अकेले ही शपथ लें। प्रदेश में धूमल सरकार के मुखिया और शांता पार्टी परिवार के मुखिया रहेंगे। धूमल के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश में आदर्श सरकार बनेगी और हर वर्ष पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष राजनाथ सिंह सरकार के कार्र्यो की समीक्षा करेंगे।

   "BJP's victory in Gujarat assembly election is spectacular. We will win in Himachal Pradesh with a bigger margin," party in-charge for Himachal Satyapal Jain said.

Shimla, December 17: BJP leader L.K. Advani today said with the results in Gujarat and Himachal going in favour of the BJP, the possibility of mid-term elections would be ruled out due to major political realignment at the Centre.

Wrapping up the election campaign of the BJP in the state, Advani addressed a rally at Ambedkar Chowk here today. Monday, December 10, चंडीगढ़. केंद्रीय वित्त राज्यमंत्री आनंद शर्मा ने हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान भाजपा को नत्थूराम गोडसे की पार्टी बताया है। उन्होंने कहा था कि इस चुनाव में नत्थूराम गोडसे और गांधीवादी विचारधारा के बीच मुकाबला है।

   इस बयान पर चुनाव आयोग को आनंद शर्मा के खिलाफ गलत बयानबाजी कर राज्य का माहौल खराब करने के आरोप में कठोर कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। यह बात पूर्व सांसद व हिमाचल प्रदेश भाजपा के प्रभारी सत्यपाल जैन ने रविवार को चंडीगढ़ स्थित बीजेपी ऑफिस में कही।
