Chandigarh, December 8: ALL the parties are trying to woo residents of colonies, as maximum votes are polled from there, to ensure victory in the forthcoming Municipal Corporation elections.
For the purpose, BJP, Congress and CVM, besides other parties, have activated their colony cells.
