Chandigarh, November 23: After failing to grab the opportunity to highlight the "shortcomings" of the Congress party during the latter's last five-year rule in the Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh, the opposition alliance of BJP-CVM-SAD has decided to make controversies surrounding the mayors and other councillors of the Congress their major poll issue. ...
