CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 9: A senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former city MP Satya Pal Jain today urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil to instruct the concerned officials of Chandigarh, not to demolish houses of people constructed in union territory villages.
These houses were constructed by people on their own level in various parts of union territory villages, outside Lal Dora including Deep Complex Hallomajra, he said, demanding that notices issued to these people for demolition of their houses should be withdrawn. ...
