Chandigarh, December 19: History was created in more than one way during the annual elections of syndicate members and Deans at Panjab University here today. CHANDIGARH, DECEMBER 9: A senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former city MP Satya Pal Jain today urged Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil to instruct the concerned officials of Chandigarh, not to demolish houses of people constructed in union territory villages.
