SHIMLA, NOVEMBER 5: The Himachal Pradesh unit of the BJP today demanded the disqualification of Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPSs) and Parliamentary Secretaries (PSs) from the state Vidhan Sabha, saying that by holding the office of profit they had held themselves liable for disqualification.
''The party has submitted a 72-page memorandum to Governor V S Kokje urging him to disqualify the 12 MLAs as they had held office of profit after they were appointed CPSs and PSs by the state government,'' National Convenor of the BJP legal cell Satpal Jain said, while addressing a press conference, here.
