So when a telecom company and a local voluntary organisation extended a helping hand, this poor girl at Manimajra saw a ray of hope in a society she thought was choking with red-tapism and callousness. HFCL Infotech Ltd, owners of the Connect brand of telecom services, on Tuesday installed an STD-PCO at Mamta's house in New Indira Colony.
