SHIMLA, SEPTEMBER 3: The Himachal Pradesh BJP today threatened to move the HP High Court for recovery of "financial expenditure" incurred upon Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPSs) and Parliamentary Secretaries (PSs) during their tenure by the state Government.
