BJP promises to untie 'lal dora'

Chandigarh, April 25: Much to the delight of a rural audience at Behlana village here, Mr Rajnath Singh, Union Agriculture Minister, today said the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), if voted to power, would end 'lal dora' in the city. He was addressing a gathering of villagers particularly with reference to rural problems. ...

I will get it increased to Rs 30 lakh. I promise that each village will get a community centre out of my MPLAD fund if elected. I will get two villages transformed into model villages each year during my tenure".
