CHANDIGARH, Sept 19 — Mr Satya Pal Jain, a former MP from Chandigarh, will campaign for the party candidate in the Kangra parliamentary constituency. In a statement issued here today, Mr Jain said that he had been instructed to campaign in Kangra for the next four days.
Mr Jain said Mrs Sonia Gandhi would be defeated both in Bellary and Amethi.
