CHANDIGARH, March 25 - Mr Satya Pal Jain, MP, today said that there was no proposal to demolish houses constructed outside the 'Lal Dora' in the villages of the union territory.
He said the Adviser to the Administrator had assured him that there was no proposal in this context. He said a scheme to provide water and power connections to such houses was under way. The notices issued to the villagers were in compliance with the directions of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
