CHANDIGARH, Oct 14 — The National Unity and Security Council will organise a discussion on price rise at Navjivan Bhavan in Sector 8, on October 18.
While Justice J. V. Gupta, a former Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, will be the guest of honour, the local MP, Mr Satya Pal Jain, will be the first guest speaker, according to a press note.
